The weather is pretty disgusting, bouts of snow and rain all day and all weekend! Lately, I’ve been cosying up and keeping busy in my apartment (once I’m done decorating, I will post photos of my new place, I promise) so I thought I’d share some of the smaller things that have been keeping me warm and happy in the last few days. From a snow laden balcony to shiny new shoes to the most delicious rooibos maple tea – and books and long hot showers with fake tanning sessions (hey, at least this way I can pretend I’ve been somewhere hot and tropical). Its important to take some time everyday for yourself, especially in the winter, when life can get a little harder, a little colder and just a little tedious! More soon!
